7even-Fo Hoover

Founded in 1973, A predominately African-American street gang known as the 🍊 74 H74VER (Hoover) Criminals Gangaka the Bay Bayzor 7even-Fo Hoover Crimsformed as a sub-set under the hoover criminal umbrella based on the W/S of South Central LA. Like many hoover gangs, they were mainly crips before the change into criminals, and even before that they were known as the Hoover Grooverswho predate the formation of the crips, They have an interesting history and can be considered one of the first "street gangs" formed in Los Angeles. They are considered to be the 3rdlargest sub-set under the umbrella and have been active for over 30+ years and countin'. They stay on, like many other hoover sets, at Vermont and FigueroaAvenue. It is a well-known fact that in the '80s the Bay Bayz were key players in the drug trade throughout America, they were estimated to have made 500 Thousand to 1 Million dollars monthly in cold hard cash. They were and still are known for causing havoc in the streets of South Central, LA. This has caused them to have a wide array of enemies all over Los Angeles and California as a whole. If it isn't known, just being a hoover in those days and nowadays is considered taboo to many as they are hated by nearly all gangs in California with only a few allies, mainly big hitters. This has enhanced their already violent nature and they aren't afraid to step if needed. They have too many enemies to count but are known to feud with the Main Street Mafia Crips and NHC (Neighbourhood Crip) Card.

The Young Bullsare trying to find their own guidance and will do anything to make money. they took the name bulls as it refers to BAYBAYZ the nickname of the well-known 74 Hoover Criminals Gang.

- 74 Hoover Media Presence

The 74 Hoovers, like other Hoover sets, have an at least locally known presence in the Media, mainly through music over anything. One of the BAYBAYZ' most popular/known artists is a rapper known as the late T Suppa. He made the 74 Hoover Anthem, "trifling". Aside from the BAYBAYZ media presence alone, there are other artists from nearby hoover sets such as Young Threat, a rapper from the 83 Hoover Set, Tr3yway6k a rapper from the 83 Hoover Criminal set, Jap5 a Rapper From 107 Hoover Criminals, TwoMuch a rapper From the 92 Hoover Criminals, Poke From the 94 Hoover Criminals, Mkiddwest Acktive From the 94 Hoover Criminals, Ese Face From the 59 Hoover Criminals and more famously known ScHoolBoy Q from the 52 Hoover Crips.

- Present Day Bay Bayz

The 74 Hoover Criminalsare very much active in the current day and are still feared and known in the streets of Los Angeles, California. The Hoover Criminals used to be allied with their now, Main rivals, the Main Street Mafia Crips. The alliance crumbled in 2009 at a house party thrown by Main Street Mafia Crips. The story goes they invited the Hoover Criminals from various hoover sets and both gangs ended up fighting after some words being exchanged it seems, It was followed by multiple gunshots. It is unknown if anyone was killed. Not long after on the 16th of August a member of the 94 Hoover Subset, Four star or Dequan Allen was exiting a swapmeet (the Broadway swapmeet/mall) where he was approached by a member of the Main Street Mafia Crips, they exchanged a couple of words and moments later. Gunshots rang resulting in Four-star being shot, seemingly dying from blood loss not long after. Thomas, a member of the Main Street's was found and sentenced to 50 years to life in state prison. 25 years for both offenses. In retaliation, about 9 days later a gunman, presumably from Hoover walked into the center of Main Street's

neighborhood and let off shots. Killing 29 y/o, Drayvon James, and 16 y/o Robert Nelson. This resulted in the true spark of war with Main Street and Hoover Criminals. They also began to feud with the Denver Lane blood(s) (112 Hoover) which resulted in a portion of 112s neighborhood being taken over by DLB. They've only become more violent and active in the streets, They can easily be identified due to their wearing of orange clothing/apparel amongst other things. They still maintain that ruthless mentality they held in the '90s, making their neighborhood one of the most dangerous places in South Central, Los Angeles, The Feud between the Hoovers and Mainstreet Mafia Crips has been going on for a long time but recently got worse after the passing of a Mainstreet Mafia Member Gotti, He and Many members of other Hoover Criminal subsets were going back and forth on social media speaking upon gone members of both sets on Thursday, May 31, 2017, he then took it upon himself by driving to Mainstreet and 104th and sparking a Shootout between Hoover Criminals, the Hoover Criminals then returned fire striking Gotti in his head, when paramedics arrived on scene they pronounced Gotti Dead on scene after the passing of Gotti it been an all-out war between the Hoover Criminals and the MSMC. The 74 Hoover Criminals have an alliance with All Hoover Criminals, Shotgun Crips, Insane Crips(when cliqued up, known as the Hoosanes). But they also have a lot of Opposition that consists of the 97 Gangster Crips, 98 Main Street Mafia Crips, Rollin' 90s Neighborhood Crips, Rollin' 100s Neighborhood Crips, Budlong Gangster Crips, East Coast Neighborhood Crips, 118 East Coast Blocc Crips, Menlo Gangster Crips, and The Denver Lane Gangster Bloods, 76 East Coast Crips, 79 Mad Swan Bloods, and All Neighborhood Crips.

Hoover Criminals

HOOVER CRIMINAL GANG

The Hoover Criminal Gang (HCG) began as an African-American street gang located in the western district of South Los Santos, San Andreas. Known as the "Hoover Groovers" in its earliest conception, this gang predates the formation of the Crips and Bloods during the late 60s and early 70s era. Their name derives from Grove Street which is situated below Carson Avenue, Davis in the heart of their territory.

It was kick started by the first Hoover Criminal set on Grove Street, which was fixated in the cul-de-sac of Grove Street and named 32 Dead End Hoover Groovers, later the 32 Dead End Hoover Crips, and eventually the 32 Dead End Hoover Criminals. While this set has long been defunct, the area has since been taken over by the 52 Hoover Gangster Crips who still refer to the cul-de-sac as "Dead End". All sets of Hoover Criminals refer to Grove Street as "Groove Street" to pay homage to their origins as a street gang.

Youthful members of the Hoover Criminals have adopted the color orange but still wear the traditional blue color associated with the Crips. Their universal hand sign is the thumb tucked in between the index and middle finger to represent the letter "H" for "Hoover". They were one of the very first gangs to challenge Stanley Tookie Williams' West Side Crips. After an incident nearly brought the two gangs at an all out war, the leaders of both the Hoovers and the West Side Crips came to an agreement and joined forces against a common enemy at the time known as the "Lowenstein Boys"; prompting the Hoovers to adopt the Crips moniker into their name by the mid 1970s.

In the August of 1979, Raymond Lee Washington was murdered in a drive-by shooting. Rumors of the shooters spread throughout the streets of Los Angeles and the blame for his death was placed squarely at the feet of the Hoover Crips by the East Side Crips, sparking a deadly war between the Hoovers and Crip gangs still friendly towards Raymond Lee Washington, who by then had become disenfranchised with the West Side Crips. By the late 1980s, the Hoovers were engaged in bitter rivalries with several different Crip sets. It was also during the crack cocaine epidemic of the 1980s when the Hoovers became one of the most notorious street gangs to participate in the drug trade thanks in part to the efforts of Ricky “Freeway” Ross, who was affiliated with the Hoover sets; 52 Hoover Gangster Crips and 74 Hoover Criminal Gang.

By the mid 1980s, the Hoovers had become one of the most feared street gangs in South Central, Los Santos. Their brutal reputation for gun violence made them one of the first suspects to be blamed for gang-related shootings and gained them many enemies; many of whom were also Crips. Amid their ever growing list of Crip rivals, all except one set of the Hoovers eventually dropped their "Crip" affiliation and created the "Criminal" card, thus adopting the "Hoover Criminals" identity by the mid 1990s.

Rapper ScHoolboy Q is affiliated with the 52 Hoover Gangster Crips set which falls under the Hoover Criminal umbrella.

CONFLICTS

Today, active members of the Hoovers are sworn enemies of both Bloods and Crips; specifically gangs who fall under the (2x) or Neighborhood Crips card. With their roots as a Crip gang, the Hoovers have traditionally been hostile towards all Bloods, in particular the LA Denver Lane Bloods and Crenshaw Mafia Gangster Bloods. Other Blood rivals include the Family Swan Bloods, BJ Smith Park Brims, Van Ness Gangster Brims and the Fruit Town Brims. Despite their many Blood rivals, it should be noted that their war with Neighborhood Crip gangs are more bitter and intense than any Blood rivalry.

The Hoovers have also engaged in warfare with gangs who fall under the Gangster Crip card as well such as the 87 Gangster Crips, 97 Gangster Crips and the 4 Pacc Gangster Crips. These occurrences prompted The Hoovers to adopt the “ABK” or “EBK” slogans which stands for "Anybody Killer" or "Everybody Killer". In addition to their Blood and Crip rivalries, the Hoovers are also enemies of some Sureños gangs, specifically the Crazy Riders 13 and South Los 13.

Despite technically falling under the (3x) Gangster Crip card themselves, the Hoovers have also engaged in warfare with other gangs who fall under the (3x) Gangster Crip card, such as the 87 Gangster Crips, 97 Gangster Crips and the 4 Pacc Gangster Crips. Over the years, the Hoovers have developed relationships with other gangs outside of the Hoover Criminals umbrella. They were once involved in a short lived three way truce between themselves, the Innocence Family Gangster Bloods and the Eight Tray Gangster Crips that was coined the "Movin, Suwoopin & Groovin" alliance during the early to mid 2000s.

However, the volatile relationship between the Eight Tray Gangster Crips and other Hoover Criminal sets claiming "Gangster Killer" ended their partnership. Despite this, the Hoovers remained friendly towards the Innocence Family Gangster Bloods, causing friction between the IFGB and the Denver Lane Bloods; who are long time enemies of the Hoovers. Additionally, the Hoover Criminals are allies of the Insane Crips in Del Perro, known as the "Hoosane" alliance.

While incarcerated, members of the Hoovers have been known to be friendly towards different Piru sets amid their recent disenfranchisement with the Blood alliance. Being friendly towards adjacent Gangster Crip sets such as the 51 Trouble Gangster Crips, 52 Broadway Gangster Crips, 53 Avalon Gangster Crips, and the Eight Tray Gangster Crips, the 52 Hoover Gangster Crips retained their "Gangster Crip" identity making them the only Hoover set to do so.

The Hoovers are also allies of the Gardena Shotgun Crips and the 99 Mafia Crips. They were once allies of the Main Street Mafia Crips, but a shooting of a young member of the 94 Hoover Criminals Gang at a house party on Main Street Mafia Crips turf ended that relationship on a sour note.

Today, there are many different neighborhoods in conflict with the Hoovers which includes several neighborhoods from Forum Drive to Jamestown Street. Minimizing the conflict that they have with their many rivals would be very effective in curbing gun violence in South Los Santos.

The 51 Trouble gang is an American criminal street gang in Los Angeles, California. Most of the members of the 51 Street gang are African-Americans. The 51 Street gang is one of the oldest street gangs in Los Angeles and it has been occupying its territory since the 1990s.They are close allies with 52 Hoover gangster crips and sometimes this alliance is called 51-duece crips. They are actively at war with rollin 50s which resulted in many casualties. Also, they beef with all the Neighborhoods due to their bitter hatred for them. They protect their communities there from racism against African Americans, disrputive politics, and unjust socialism by urban warfare. The 51 street gang is a conservative movement and are backed and supported by Washington D.C. because of their ancestry in the American Indian wars and World War II.

There have been branches of the 51 Street Gang in other cities, like Kansas City, Missouri.[4]

Authorities have suspected 51 Street Crips of such crimes as giving out fake money.[5]
